I’m coming atcha today with the first ever paid subscriber exclusive recipe - and while I am biased, I have to say its a pretty fantastic one.
These soft, buttery lemon cookie bars topped with a creamy (dare I say luscious?) raspberry buttercream are a summer dream come true.
Are there ANY two flavors that screams summer more than raspberry and lemon?!
Bonus - if you’re a white chocolate lover, might I recommend adding some white chocolate into the cookie bars. ½ cup is perfect in my opinion but feel free to go up to ¾ cup.
I did try a test batch with white chocolate chips but ultimately preferred it without. BUT that doesn’t mean you will! If the white chocolate addition is calling to you, I’m not gonna stop you :)
